If you are not satisfied after receiving your instrument, please notify us within 14 days of receipt via “Contact Us” and we will refund your purchase upon return of guitar if we are unable to resolve the issue.
Regarding damage incurred during shipping, please provide photographs to document the damaged packaging and instrument within 3 days of receipt via “Contact Us”. A replacement will be sent as soon as available.
Warranty & Guarantee
Stewart Guitar Company will warranty all guitars it sells against any and all manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship which affect reasonable operation for the guitar for 12 months from date of purchase. Warranty claims may be made by submitting the online claim form. If it is determined that return of the guitar is necessary, shipping will be initially paid by the purchaser but reimbursed upon confirmation of defect. Stewart Guitar Company will repair or replace only those parts determined to be a manufacturing defective. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any parts or protective finishes.
The following are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty and will cause said warranty to become null and void: Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repair or alteration; unreasonable or excessive use of the instrument; or use of replacement parts other than those authorized by Stewart Guitar Company.
Stewart Guitar Company assumes no liability for accidental or consequential damages when using the instrument.
